U.S. Commerce Department announced its affirmative final determinations in antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from China, whether or not assembled into modules.
The Ministry of Commerce posted a notice on its web site Friday urging the World Trade Organization to establish a panel to hear and rule on the dispute surrounding the United States' countervailing measures against Chinese exports, in a bid to achieve an early solution.
