Today we will learn how to massage of lower limbs.  

1. Rubbing the legs. Assume the sitting position．Hold the root of one thigh between the hands．Then, rub from the upper part to the ankle and from the ankle to the root of the thigh．This is one cycle．Repeat the cycle 20 times．Rub the other leg in the same manner．This method enhances the strength of the legs，promotes flexible circular movements，and can help to prevent muscular atrophy and varix of the lower limbs.

2. Rubbing the soles after washing the feet before bedtime every night. Grasp the toes with one hand and rub the sole up to 100 times or until it becomes warm．Rub the soles alternately．This method is essentially about consolidating primordial qi, warming the kidney qi, regulating the heart and kidney, making the feet and legs healthier, and for helping to prevent or cure foot diseases．Follow me to practice now.
