On the Level: Zhu Feng – Sino-US Strategic Relations

As the Chinese New Year begins analysts are looking back at a rocky year in Sino-US strategic relations. Dr. Zhu Feng is Deputy Director of the Center for International & Strategic Studies at Peking University and a professor at the university’s School of International Studies. He writes and speaks extensively on regional security issues in East Asia, US national security strategy and China-US relations. Today he talks to Fergus Thompson about the prospects for relations between the two great powers, especially in relation to sensitive areas such as the Korean Peninsula, Taiwan, and territorial issues in the East and South China Seas.
